Executive- Business Development
Job Description:-
- Act as a trusted advisor to prospects and clients, demonstrating ability to build long term sustainable clients.
- Ability to generate new relationships with decision makers in organizations.
- Identifying and developing new business through networking and courtesy and follow-up calls.
- Ability to build a pipeline and execute on each phase of the sales process.
- Accurately forecast the business on a consistent basis.
- Need to be self-motivated and aggressive in achieving targets.
- Identifying New Sales Leads via Direct Customer Engagement (meeting b2b clients face to face) - Qualifying the pre generated leads over the call/Email - Speaking with decision-makers & explaining the product/service.
- Understanding the requirement of B2B customers & demonstrating the services along with value proposition - Cold calling, making multiple outbound calls to potential clients & meet reporting deadlines.
- Closing sales and working with the client through the closing process - Building business relationships with current and potential clients.
- Preparing quotations and SOs as per the requirement.
- Understanding client needs - Creating informative presentations, presenting and delivering information to potential clients at client meetings, industry exhibits, trade shows, and conferences.
- Generate leads and opportunities from existing and new customers - Identify and pursue new regions, sectors, and areas where opportunities can be developed - Managing and growing our channel partner network across the world - Able to meet quarterly sales targets.
- Managing workload in order to organize and priorities daily and weekly goals.
- Maintain prompt communication and provide timely information.
- Maintaining reports as per the prescribe formats.
- Other important ad hoc task assigned by the management.
Note: - It will be into field job, as you will be meeting our b2b clients face to face.
