Position Description
The purpose of this role is to manage the permissions and partnerships with the resident and builder associations across the circle to ensure smooth roll-out of the broadband network.
Organizational Relationship
Reporting To Circle Head – Market Planning

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
Relationship Building
Establish connects with potential resident/ builder associations for new rollout of network
Create synergies with D2C team for smooth handover of RWAs/associations post rollout
Liaise effectively with Resident Welfare Associations (RWAs)/ builders to create/maintain successful working relationships and establish Airtel ambassadors.
Network Execution
Ensure smooth deployment of network with support of network team in buildings/RWAs
Execute strategy and enable BPEs and CFTs for network expansion
Identify of new condos across city/territory
People Management
Works closely with BPEs/ACEs for seamless execution of the tasks
Engage building permission executives in obtaining NOCs and drive their productivity
Deploy and manage outsourced teams to secure appointments with builders/RWAs
Responsible for engagement of driving building permission executives and drive their productivity
Knowledge, Certifications and Experience
Education Qualification Full-time postgraduate, preferably MBA/PGDM
Total Experience 2+ years of broadband/telecom experience 1-2 years sales experience (Preferably Account Management)
Certifications required (if any) NA
