Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and driven Territory Manager to spearhead business growth and lead a high-performing sales team. The role involves managing end-to-end inside sales operations, driving revenue, achieving P&L targets, and scaling business in the assigned territory. The ideal candidate should be strategic, analytical, and hands-on in execution.
Role & Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of 35+ members, including Team Leaders/Assistant Managers.
Own and deliver territory sales targets revenue growth, P&L management, and business expansion.
Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize performance and profitability.
Drive performance management by applying and implementing best-in-class sales and service metrics.
Ensure seamless recruitment, training, and performance tracking of the team.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify new market opportunities and accelerate business growth.
Foster a culture of ownership, customer centricity, and high ethical standards.
Monitor and improve sales processes, ensuring operational efficiency.
Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve escalations effectively.
What were looking for
4–9 years of experience in Sales/Inside Sales, with proven expertise in revenue generation and business growth.
Minimum 4 years of experience in managing large sales teams (30+ members).
Strong exposure to P&L management, sales strategy, and process improvements.
Demonstrated ability to deliver results in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
Bachelor's Degree is a must; MBA preferred.
