Territory Sales Planning & Execution: Develop and implement detailed sales plans for assigned territories, aligned with company sales strategy and growth objectives.

Translate regional sales goals into actionable territory-level targets to increase market share, revenue, and dealership performance. Monitor sales trends within the territory and adjust execution strategies to consistently achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

Sales Forecasting, Reporting & Budgeting: Prepare accurate territory-level sales forecasts, track performance metrics, and submit regular reports on progress.

Manage the territory sales budget effectively to maximize ROI and ensure efficient allocation of resources. Maintain timely communication with Area Sales Manager and Regional Sales Head regarding performance, challenges, and opportunities.

Market Intelligence & Competitive Analysis: Gather insights on local customer preferences, competitor activities, product positioning, pricing, and promotions.

Share findings with product, marketing, and strategy teams to improve offerings and drive stronger market penetration. Stay updated on local government EV policies, subsidy schemes, and infrastructure developments impacting sales.

Team Engagement & Dealer Support: Work closely with dealership staff and field executives to drive effective sales execution.

Provide training, guidance, and performance feedback to dealership sales teams to strengthen capabilities and customer engagement. Conduct regular market visits to ensure dealer compliance, monitor performance, and provide support in lead generation and retail operations.

Brand Building & Customer Experience: Ensure all customer touchpoints within the territory showrooms, test rides, service centers, and events reflect SVM's mission and values.

Drive customer delight through consistent, high-quality engagement across dealerships. Collaborate with the marketing team to execute localized campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities.

After-Sales Support & Service Integration: Partner with service teams and dealers to deliver a seamless after-sales experience. Monitor service quality and address customer concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

Support dealers in building strong service infrastructure within the territory.

Retail Network Development & Management: Identify potential sub-dealer and retail expansion opportunities within the territory. Support dealers in business planning, inventory management, and local marketing execution.

Assist in strengthening dealer profitability and customer acquisition strategies.

Stakeholder Collaboration & Compliance: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams – marketing, product, service, finance – to ensure alignment on goals and execution. Uphold company compliance guidelines, ethical standards, and policies across all territory-level operations.
