Overview:-

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Territory Manager to spearhead business growth and lead a high-performing sales team. The role involves managing end-to-end inside sales operations, driving revenue, achieving P&L targets, and scaling business in the assigned territory. The ideal candidate should be strategic, analytical, and hands-on in execution.

Role & Responsibilities:-

  • Lead and manage a team of 35+ members, including Team Leaders/Assistant Managers.
  • Own and deliver territory sales targets revenue growth, P&L management, and business expansion.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize performance and profitability.
  • Drive performance management by applying and implementing best-in-class sales and service metrics.
  • Ensure seamless recruitment, training, and performance tracking of the team.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify new market opportunities and accelerate business growth.
  • Foster a culture of ownership, customer centricity, and high ethical standards.
  • Monitor and improve sales processes, ensuring operational efficiency.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve escalations effectively.

What were looking for:-

  • 4 to 9 years of experience in Sales/Inside Sales, with proven expertise in revenue generation and business growth.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in managing large sales teams (30+ members).
  • Strong exposure to P&L management, sales strategy, and process improvements.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver results in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
  • Bachelors Degree is a must; MBA preferred.
