Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Territory Sales Manager located in Chennai. The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales territories, developing and executing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include customer relationship management, sales reporting, market analysis, and coordinating with various departments to ensure customer satisfaction. The role will also involve training and mentoring the sales team.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proven Sales and Sales Management experience
- Experience in Training and mentoring sales teams
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
- Proficiency in using sales software and CRM tools
