Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic HR Manager to lead the human resources function at Mitaso Appliances Ltd. The ideal candidate will oversee the complete HR spectrum, including talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, statutory compliance, and organizational development.

Mitaso Appliances Limited is the leader in Automotive parts Manufacturing in India. We have been a trusted Tier-1 supplier for more than 40 years to the major OEMs in the Automotive business – Maruti Suzuki, Volvo Eicher Commercial Vehicles, Mahindra, New Holland, Tafe, Escorts Tractors, Escorts Construction Equipment and many others. Our expertise is in sheet metal stampings and fabricated assemblies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and retention.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Drive employee engagement, training, and performance appraisal processes.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and internal HR policies.
  • Collaborate with leadership on workforce planning and succession management.
  • Maintain a positive organizational culture that promotes growth and efficiency.
  • Handle disciplinary actions, conflict resolution, and employee welfare initiatives.

Key Skills Required:

  • Proven experience in HR strategy, compliance, and people management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of HR laws, payroll, and performance management systems.
  • Ability to lead HR initiatives and align them with business goals.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
