Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site HR Manager role located in Faridabad. The HR Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the human resources department, including recruitment, employee onboarding, performance management, and employee relations. They will ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, coordinate training and development programs, manage payroll, and promote a positive workplace culture. The HR Manager will also play a key role in policy formation and workforce planning to align human capital with organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Human Resource Management, Workforce Planning, and Talent Acquisition skills
  • Proficiency in Performance Management and Employee Relations
  • Strong knowledge of Labor Laws and compliance standards
  • Experience in Training and Development programs and fostering an inclusive work culture
  • Effective communication, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills
  • Experience with HR software tools and systems
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
  • Prior experience in HR or management roles in a manufacturing or industrial environment is a plus
