Are you a people-person with a passion for customer service and sales? Join our growing team as a Call Center Representative, where you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving revenue through effective communication.
What You'll Do:
- Answer inbound and/or make outbound calls to assist customers
- Build rapport, actively listen, and resolve inquiries or complaints professionally
- Provide product information, upsell/cross-sell solutions, and close sales when appropriate
- Document customer interactions accurately in our system
- Collaborate with team members and participate in ongoing training
What We're Looking For:
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Comfortable working night shifts
- Customer-focused and sales-driven mindset
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- A positive attitude and eagerness to learn
Preferred But Not Required:
- Previous call center or pharmaceutical sales experience
- Willingness to undergo comprehensive training
