**Requirements**:

4. Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software

5. Ability to adapt to new processes and procedures

6. Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Preferred Qualifications:

2. Strong typing skills and ability to multitask

3. Familiarity with call center software and technology
