1. Answer customer calls and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner

2. Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively

3. Provide product information and answer customer queries

4. Process orders, payments, and other transactions

5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

6. Meet performance metrics, such as first call resolution and customer satisfaction

7. Collaborate with team members to achieve customer service goals

**Requirements**:
1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

2. Strong customer service and problem-solving skills

3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple calls

4. Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software

5. Ability to adapt to new processes and procedures

6. Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Preferred Qualifications:
1. Previous experience in a call center or customer service role

2. Strong typing skills and ability to multitask

3. Familiarity with call center software and technology
