Position Overview:
We are currently seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Call Center Agents. The Call Center Agent will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and helping in a professional and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls from customers promptly and professionally.

Listen attentively to customer inquiries and concerns and provide accurate and timely information or assistance.

Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues or complaints effectively and efficiently.

Follow call scripts and protocols to ensure consistency and quality of service.

Input and update customer information in the company database accurately.

Make outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries, resolve issues, or gather feedback as needed.

Meet or exceed individual and team performance targets, including call handling metrics and customer satisfaction goals.

Adhere to company policies and procedures, including compliance with data privacy and security regulations.

Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless customer service delivery.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience in a customer service or call center environment is preferred but not required.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Strong listening and problem-solving skills.

Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.

Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
