Job Summary

Call Center Executive; who should have clear understanding of English/Telugu/Hindi/Tamil/Kannada Language. The Agent will get required to take incoming calls coming in from patients of a hospital, book their appointments, help them with the information about any doctor and its schedule and empathetically talk to him/her

Responsibilities and Duties
- To respond to all incoming calls within a specified TAT. - Satisfactorily respond and give answers to the people calling in.
- Book appointments of the doctors on the portal. - Call back to the patients in case of rescheduling of appointments.
- Give exact information about the various facilities in the hospital.

Shifts will be fixed on a rotational basis to cover all days and all hours. ** No Night shifts for female

Qualifications and Skills - Must know English/Telugu/Hindi language very well - Should have basic knowledge of Computers
- Previous working in Call Center will be an advantage

Experience: Call Center: 1 year (preferred) Education: Bachelor's (preferred) Benefits: - Provident Fund (PF) - ESI - Paid leaves / Leave encashment Workdays per week: 6 days (Rotational week off)

**Salary**: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
