- Collaborate with other team members to meet performance goals and improve service quality.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; some college experience preferred.
- Proven experience in a call center or customer service role is advantageous.
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi is required.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to handle high-stress situations and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency with call center software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent calls.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Fixed shift
