Job Title: Call Center Representative

Job Overview

The Call Center Representative (CCR) is responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, ensuring customer satisfaction is at the core of every interaction. The role requires excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills to deliver effective customer support.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Manage high volume inbound and outbound calls in a timely and professional manner.
  • Follow approved communication scripts for handling various topics.
  • Identify customer needs, clarify information, research issues, and provide appropriate solutions or alternatives.
  • Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by going the extra mile.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions in the call center database.
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions to improve product knowledge and performance.
  • Achieve individual and team qualitative and quantitative targets.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in the call center or customer service industry.
  • Strong phone handling and verbal communication skills with active listening ability.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service practices.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with adaptability to different personality types.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Educational Qualification: High School Diploma (or equivalent).

Language Skills

  • Proficiency in English (Reading, Writing, Speaking, and Listening).
