Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused
Customer Support Executive
to manage
inbound and outbound interactions
with customers, channel partners, architects, and interior designers. The role demands outstanding communication skills, a strong customer-first mindset, and the ability to handle premium clientele.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound calls and address customer inquiries

Provide accurate information across product categories: Laminates, Veneers, Flooring, Doors, Plywood & Chipboards

Resolve complaints, service requests, and product queries within defined timelines

Maintain detailed CRM records and documentation

Conduct outbound calls to qualify leads from marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and digital inquiries

Schedule appointments for the sales team & conduct periodic follow-ups for conversion

Upsell / cross-sell complementary products where relevant

Collect feedback and relay insights to internal teams for improvement

Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and relationship-building

Required Qualifications & Experience

Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role (preferably handling premium/high-value products)

Graduate in any discipline

Experience in
building materials / interior décor
industry preferred

Familiarity with CRM & MS Excel is an added advantage

Skills Required

Excellent verbal & written communication in English and Hindi (regional language is an advantage)

Strong interpersonal & objection-handling skills

Multitasking, time management & organizational skills

Positive attitude, team player, and customer-centric mindset
