Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new B2B business opportunities in the hospitality and education sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, training partners, and institutions.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close deals.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to conversion.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and smooth service delivery.
- Maintain accurate sales reports, pipeline, and market intelligence.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or MBA in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of proven experience in B2B sales
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
