Job Title: Business Development Executive Experience: 1-3 Years (Preferred from the Service Industry) Location: Andheri East, Mumbai Employment Type: Full-timeJob Description:We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have at least 1- 3 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably within the service sector. The role involves acquiring new clients and expanding our business footprint across India, the Middle East, and the USA.

This position requires a proactive approach to client engagement, strong relationship-building capabilities, and a deep understanding of client needs. Key Responsibilities: New Client Acquisition: Identify, target, and onboard new clients through lead generation, cold calling, social media outreach, and networking.International Market Expansion: Actively pursue business development opportunities in India, the Middle East, and the USA by identifying potential clients and establishing a strong pipeline. Relationship Management: Maintain and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure high client satisfaction and repeat business.

Sales Presentations & Negotiations: Conduct client meetings, deliver engaging presentations, and negotiate terms to close deals. Events & Networking: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, meetups, and client gatherings to foster brand awareness and connect with potential partners. Market Research: Analyse industry trends, client needs, and competitors to refine strategies and uncover new opportunities.

Target Achievement: Work consistently to meet or exceed assigned sales targets and performance KPIs. Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client communications, and progress reports using CRM tools. Requirements:Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or business development. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Ability to build rapport and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as needed. Self-motivated, proactive, and target driven. Preferred Industry Background: Experience in HRMS, Training, Conferences, Payroll, SaaS, or similar service-oriented domains is highly desirable.
