  • Monitor and control branch income and expenses.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and maintain discipline across the branch.
  • Partially/fully handle the admission process as per management directives.
  • Sales & Support Coordination
  • Ensure every inquiry is addressed effectively and assist the sales team with required materials.
  • Support in increasing conversions and contributing to branch growth.
  • Event & Initiative Management
  • Manage and coordinate academic events, workshops, and other student engagement activities.
  • Actively participate in and drive organizational initiatives.
  • Leadership & Problem Solving
  • Motivate and lead the team with an unbiased and result-driven approach.
  • Handle student and staff grievances with appropriate solutions for organizational benefit.
  • Improve productivity and streamline operations to maximize results and achieve peak performance.
