Job Summary:

We're seeking an Inside Sales Executive with 1-3 years of experience to generate new business leads, build relationships with customers, and drive sales revenue. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a proven track record of meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business leads through outbound calls, emails, and other channels

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business and referrals

  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and revenue goals

  • Conduct product demos, presentations, and pitches to customers and prospects

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and customer success

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments

  • Provide feedback to management on sales strategies, customer needs, and market trends

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in inside sales or a related field

  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets and driving revenue growth

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

  • Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in sales.

  • Familiarity with sales analytics and reporting tools

  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
