We're now looking for a
Performance Marketing Specialist
— someone who lives and breathes ads, understands metrics like a language, and can scale campaigns with smart, data-backed decisions.

Role Overview

The Performance Marketing Specialist will be responsible for strategizing, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns across
Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google, YouTube, and LinkedIn
. You'll work closely with the creative and strategy teams to drive measurable results — from awareness to conversions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize performance campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
  • Develop media plans, budget allocations, and performance forecasts.
  • Manage campaigns end-to-end: setup, audience targeting, A/B testing, tracking, and reporting.
  • Analyze performance data and present actionable insights to improve ROI and lower CAC.
  • Coordinate with creative and copy teams to develop ad creatives that convert.
  • Implement pixel tracking, conversion APIs, and advanced analytics setups.
  • Scale successful campaigns across markets and identify new paid media opportunities.
  • Stay updated on platform algorithm changes, ad policies, and new ad formats.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 2–4 years of proven experience in managing paid ad campaigns across Meta, Google, and YouTube.
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, YouTube, etc.
  • Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Excel.
  • Understanding of funnels, attribution models, and conversion tracking.
  • Experience with remarketing, lookalike audiences, and performance-based targeting.
  • Ability to handle monthly ad spends of ₹5L+ across multiple clients.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and campaign documentation skills.

Good to Have

  • Additional experience with LinkedIn Ads, Lead Generation, etc.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation and CRM integration.
  • Agency-side experience managing multiple brands.
