Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled and hands-on Performance Marketing Specialist to lead our paid marketing efforts across Google Ads and Meta platforms (Facebook/Instagram). The ideal candidate will have direct experience with D2C brands, having successfully managed monthly ad budgets exceeding ₹1 Cr, and a proven track record of driving scalable, ROI-focused growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize full-funnel paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
  • Manage large-scale performance marketing budgets (₹1 Cr+ per month) with a focus on ROAS, CAC, and LTV.
  • Continuously test and iterate on creatives, copy, audiences, and landing pages to improve conversion rates.
  • Analyze campaign data, generate insights, and implement optimizations using tools like GA4, Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, etc.
  • Collaborate with creative, product, and analytics teams to align performance campaigns with overall brand strategy.
  • Monitor industry trends and platform updates to identify new opportunities and maintain competitive advantage.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, specifically for D2C brands.
  • Proven success in managing and scaling campaigns with budgets of ₹1 Crore+ per month.
  • Deep, practical knowledge of Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram).
  • Strong understanding of performance metrics such as CTR, ROAS, CAC, LTV, and attribution models.
  • Proficient in data analysis using Google Analytics, Excel/Sheets, and other analytics tools.
  • Strong creative instincts paired with a data-driven mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications are a plus.
  • Experience with tools like Google Tag Manager, AppsFlyer, or Adjust is advantageous.
  • Prior experience in verticals like Fashion, Beauty, Jewellery, Furniture, or FMCG is highly preferred.
