About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Specialist (Meta Ads Expert) with strong hands-on experience in lead generation and ecommerce campaigns. The ideal candidate must have worked in a digital marketing agency and should be comfortable managing international clients or projects. You will be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and scaling ROI-centric campaigns across Meta platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Audience Network, etc.
  • Execute lead generation campaigns ensuring quality leads within target CPL.
  • Manage ecommerce campaigns, including catalog sales, dynamic ads, retargeting & full-funnel strategies.
  • Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and funnel planning for better performance.
  • Monitor and optimize daily campaign performance including budgets, creatives, placements, and bidding.
  • Implement & troubleshoot tracking through Meta Pixel, Conversions API, Events Manager, and GTM.
  • Prepare detailed performance reports, insights, and optimization plans for clients.
  • Handle and communicate with international clients while understanding their market goals and KPIs.
  • Coordinate with creative and content teams to develop impactful ad creatives and landing pages.
  • Stay updated with the latest Meta Ads trends, policies, tools, and algorithm changes.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 2–4 years of hands-on experience in Meta Ads / Facebook & Instagram Ads.
  • Agency experience is mandatory (digital marketing agency background).
  • Proven track record in lead generation & ecommerce campaign management.
  • Experience working with international markets.
  • Strong understanding of performance metrics.
  • Good knowledge of tracking tools: Meta Pixel, CAPI, GTM, GA4.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven approach.
  • Excellent communication skills and experience in client servicing.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
