The Role

We're hiring a performance marketing specialist who's proactive, analytical, and obsessed with growth. You'll manage and scale campaigns across Google Ads and Meta for multiple eCommerce brands, turning data into decisions that move the needle.

What You'll Do

  • Plan, launch, and optimise performance campaigns across Google, Meta, and other platforms.
  • Analyse campaign data to identify trends, insights, and improvement areas.
  • Run A/B tests on creatives, audiences, and landing pages to maximise ROAS.
  • Manage budgets efficiently and hit performance goals across multiple accounts.
  • Build dashboards and performance reports to track KPIs clearly and accurately.
  • Collaborate with creative, tech, and account teams to align paid strategies with business goals.
  • Stay updated on platform changes, ad formats, and new marketing tools.

What We're Looking For

  • 3–4 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads (eCommerce preferred).
  • Strong analytical mindset with proven ability to translate data into strategy.
  • Proactive problem-solver—you don't wait for direction; you take ownership.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics (GA4), and Looker Studio.
  • Knowledge of other platforms like TikTok, Pinterest, and Bing is a bonus.
  • Familiarity with key metrics such as ROAS, CAC, LTV, AOV, and conversion rate.
  • Must have excellent communication skills, as this role involves direct interaction with clients.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
