About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities through cold calls, emails, networking, and social media.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Understand client needs and present suitable products or services to meet their requirements.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree.
- 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition (B2B or B2C, depending on industry).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹12, ₹18,000.00 per month
