- Manage and update the customer database (CRM system) with accurate client information, inquiries, service request, and feedback.
- Coordinate between Customer, sales team, back office team, service technicians to ensure smooth scheduling and execution of services.
- Track sales leads, generate quotations, and follow up with clients.
- Send timely service reminders, maintenance schedules, and payment follow-ups to customers.
Skills Required
- Graduate (any stream).
- 1-3 years of Experience in a CRM, Customer service.
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills ( both verbal and written).
- Proficient in MS office, MS excel, Google Sheet.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
