Sales Executive
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate project needs.
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
- Set up meetings with potential clients / Architects / PMC / contractors and get the BOQ, RFQ, Drawings and floor plan of project. Identify & Meet correct coordinate to specify our specs in their project’s tenders.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
- Work along with the principal/manufacturer’s team to promote the products in the market.
- Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations on site.
- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
- Client retention, cross selling, upselling of products.
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
**Requirements and skills**
- Proven 2 years of experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role, having go getter attitude should be passionate to travel and bring business with ROI to company.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
- Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus.
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
- Should be able to up sale, cross sale products with new & existing clients.
- Fast learner and passion for sales.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
