**About Us**:
Genie On Hire is a Pune-based platform connecting students with short-term job opportunities, particularly in event management and hyper-local delivery. Our mission is to empower students to gain practical experience and earn while studying.

**Job Title**: Sales Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **App Activation and Marketing**: Promote the Genie On Hire app among college students through targeted activation campaigns.
- **Weekly Activation Plans**: Develop and execute plans for college activations, focusing on key student streams and geographical areas.
- **Recruitment of Brand Ambassadors**: Identify, onboard, and train college brand ambassadors to register their peers on the platform.
- **Program Management**: Conduct regular meetings and events for brand ambassadors, ensuring they meet set registration targets.
- **Client Engagement**: Pitch the platform to event managers, encouraging registration and task postings.
- **Relationship Building**: Make monthly relationship calls and visits to key clients to ensure satisfaction and ongoing collaboration.

**Required Skills/Qualifications**:

- Sincere, hardworking, and proactive attitude.
- Ownership of a bike and willingness to travel across different cities in India.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

**Desired Experience**:

- 6 months to 2 years of experience in the FMCG sector or a similar role.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
