The E-Commerce Executive will be responsible for managing and enhancing the company’s online sales performance through various e-commerce platforms. This role involves product listing, order processing, inventory coordination, digital marketing coordination, and ensuring an excellent online customer experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage product listings on e-commerce marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.) and the company’s own website.
- Regularly update product descriptions, prices, images, and inventory across all platforms.
- Monitor daily sales, order status, cancellations, and returns — ensuring timely resolutions.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for order processing and dispatch.
- Track, analyze, and report platform-wise sales data and performance metrics.
- Execute online promotions, discount schemes, and campaigns in coordination with the marketing team.
- Optimize product visibility through SEO-friendly titles, descriptions, and keyword planning.
- Resolve customer queries, complaints, and return issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Stay updated with the latest e-commerce trends, policies, and competitor activities.
- Liaise with e-commerce platform account managers for operational issues and campaign opportunities.
- Assist in developing online strategies to improve overall online brand presence and sales.

**Required Skills & Competencies**:

- Good understanding of e-commerce operations and online marketplaces.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and e-commerce management tools.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, and online merchandising.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Customer service-oriented mindset.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field.
- 1-2years of relevant experience in an e-commerce role (preferably in retail, fashion sectors.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
