**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a passionate and experienced E-Commerce Executive to manage and grow our online sales platforms. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to contribute to a growing business.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Product Management:
Upload and update product listings on platforms like the company website, Amazon, and eBay.

Maintain accurate product information, including descriptions, pricing, and images.

Collaborate with teams to manage inventory levels effectively.

Website Management:
Monitor the e-commerce website for optimal user experience.

Update website content, promotional banners, and functionality to enhance engagement.

Order Processing:
Oversee order fulfillment and ensure timely delivery.

Address customer service inquiries and resolve issues related to orders or shipments.

Marketing and Promotions:
Help create and manage special promotions, sales events, and seasonal campaigns.

Customer Service:
Build positive customer relationships to encourage loyalty.

Analytics and Reporting:
Track sales data, website performance, and customer behavior.

Generate regular performance reports and suggest data-driven improvements.

SEO and Content Optimization:
Optimize product listings and website content for search engines (SEO).

Stay updated on industry trends to keep the company competitive.

Skills and Competencies:
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

Proficiency in e-commerce platforms and digital marketing tools.

Strong analytical skills for tracking and improving performance metrics.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
