
Key Account Executive-client Service

**Responsibilities**:
- Actively pursue new sales opportunities through a variety of channels including cold calling, networking, contacts, and social media.
- Identify potential sales prospects and comprehend customer needs in order to offer tailored business solutions.
- Arrange and conduct meetings with potential clients, craft presentations, and effectively communicate various options to facilitate new business conversion.
- Manage the entire sales process from initial engagement to finalizing deals.
- Represent the company at exhibitions, conferences, or trade shows to both generate leads and gain insights into market trends.
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales plans on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to strategize and execute lead generation campaigns aimed at fostering new business relationships.
- Provide regular reports using established sales processes and the company's specified CRM system.
- Actively participate in company meetings, whether remote or in-person, and contribute constructively.
**Requirements**:
- 3-5 years of sales experience.
- Bachelor's degree required; an MBA is preferred.
- Previous experience in sectors relevant to the company's operations (e.g., publishing, premedia services, software development) is advantageous.
- Demonstrated success in acquiring new clients.
- Passionate and driven to close significant deals by effectively managing the sales process and engaging with all stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and deal closures.
- Stay updated on the latest technology and business trends within the organization's focus areas.
- Highly organized, disciplined, and task-oriented with strong analytical, troubleshooting, and administrative skills.
