We are looking to employee an experienced client servicing executive to handle all client inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally. The client servicing executive’s responsibilities include collaborating with the relevant departments to address client needs better, providing regular updates to higher management, and upselling company products where possible. You should also be able to identify new business opportunities through client referrals.

To be successful as a client servicing executive, you should be committed to helping clients and able to work well under pressure. Ultimately, an outstanding client servicing executive should demonstrate excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills at all times.

**Responsibilities**
- Serve as a day-to-day point of client contact (For Key Accounts)
- Research and prepare client presentations, reports and conduct in-person client meetings
- Understanding client goals/objectives and their entire digital marketing needs including graphic design, Content writing, Search Engine Marketing.
- Work jointly with internal team to drive operations
- Identify growth opportunities from the client portfolio and drive revenue
- Research and keep current on emerging online trends and best practices with cross functional teams.
- Ensuring client satisfaction and managing escalations

**Requirements**:

- 1-2-year experience in Marketing and Advertising. or Branding agency will be preferred.
- Good Communication and Presentation skill.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
