About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to drive sales of our Industrial Ethernet Switches and related networking solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial networking, automation, and enterprise communication systems, with proven experience in business development and customer relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets for Industrial Ethernet Switches in the assigned region.
- Drive channel partner development and manage distributor/reseller relationships.
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities across industrial automation, transportation, utilities, manufacturing, and smart city projects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with system integrators, OEMs, channel partners, and end customers.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions to showcase the value of solutions.
- Work closely with the technical pre-sales team to prepare proposals, RFP responses, and customized solutions.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs to provide strategic input for product development and positioning.
- Prepare regular sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance metrics for management review.
- Represent the company at industry exhibitions, trade shows, and seminars.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical, Telecommunications, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 5 years of sales experience in industrial networking, Ethernet switches, or automation products.
- Understanding of industrial communication protocols (Ethernet/IP, PROFINET, Modbus TCP, etc.).
- Established network within system integrators, EPCs, and automation companies.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple accounts, and travel as required.
