We are seeking dynamic sales professionals to drive strategic sponsorships and partnerships for high-impact events and festivals. If you have proven sales experience and a passion for building brand alliances, we want to hear from you.
Open Roles
- Assistant Manager / Manager – Sponsorship & Partnerships
Experience: 3–5 years in sponsorship sales, media sales, or brand partnerships
- Vice President – Sales (Sponsorship & Alliances)
Experience: 8+ years in high-value sponsorship acquisition, strategic sales, or partnership development
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sponsorship sales for major festivals and events.
- Build and manage relationships with key clients and alliance partners.
- Develop compelling sales pitches and consultative sponsorship packages.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align sponsorship strategy with event goals.
- Track pipeline, maintain CRM records, and produce regular reports.
- Stay informed on market trends and competitor activity.
Requirements
- Strong background in sales, business development, or media partnerships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability.
- MBA in Marketing or a related field preferred
- Proven track record of meeting revenue targets and securing sponsorships.
