    1. Assistant Manager / Manager – Sponsorship & Partnerships
  • Experience: 3–5 years in sponsorship sales, media sales, or brand partnerships

    1. Vice President – Sales (Sponsorship & Alliances)
  • Experience: 8+ years in high-value sponsorship acquisition, strategic sales, or partnership development

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sponsorship sales for major festivals and events.
  • Build and manage relationships with key clients and alliance partners.
  • Develop compelling sales pitches and consultative sponsorship packages.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align sponsorship strategy with event goals.
  • Track pipeline, maintain CRM records, and produce regular reports.
  • Stay informed on market trends and competitor activity.

Requirements

  • Strong background in sales, business development, or media partnerships.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability.
  • MBA in Marketing or a related field preferred
  • Proven track record of meeting revenue targets and securing sponsorships.
