Job Description:

G Cube Studios is looking for a passionate and performance-driven Sales Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a flair for interior design, strong communication skills, and a proven ability to drive sales. You'll be the face of our brand for prospective clients, helping them visualize and achieve their dream spaces through our design solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Engagement & Relationship Management:

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with both new and existing clients
  • Understand client requirements, style preferences, and budget expectations
  • Offer tailored design solutions that align with our services and aesthetic

Sales & Lead Generation:

  • Identify potential clients across residential and commercial segments
  • Drive lead generation through referrals, walk-ins, social platforms, and field networking
  • Conduct one-on-one presentations at client sites and our design studio
  • Provide quotes, negotiate terms, and close deals
  • Consistently achieve or exceed assigned sales targets

Product & Design Knowledge:

  • Stay updated with the latest interior design trends and G Cube's offerings
  • Clearly explain the benefits of our services and design processes
  • Collaborate with design teams to present personalized concepts

Team Collaboration:

  • Work alongside designers, project managers, and marketing teams for smooth project execution
  • Support marketing with lead feedback and campaign insights

Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate sales and client interaction records
  • Share regular performance and pipeline updates with the leadership team

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong understanding of interior design and spatial planning
  • Confident in negotiating and closing deals
  • Self-driven and goal-oriented
  • Minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience (interior design industry preferred)
