We are a leading manufacturer and supplier of Aluminium Composite Panels (ACP), catering to architects, builders, fabricators, and dealers across India. With a strong focus on quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction, we are expanding our network and looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Executive to join our growing team.


Key Responsibilities:

Dealer Acquisition & Development:

Identify, approach, and appoint new dealers and distributors in assigned territories to expand market reach.

End Customer Acquisition:

Meet architects, fabricators, builders, and contractors to generate direct project inquiries and convert them into sales.

Sales Target Achievement:

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by promoting company products and schemes effectively.

Market Mapping & Intelligence:

Collect competitor information, pricing trends, and new project leads to help formulate effective sales strategies.

Relationship Management:

Maintain strong relationships with existing dealers, channel partners, and key customers to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.

Site Visits & Product Promotion:

Conduct site visits, participate in exhibitions, and organize product demos or presentations as needed.

Reporting:

Prepare daily/weekly visit reports, sales forecasts, and feedback reports to management.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing / Business Administration / Civil / Architecture or related field.

1–3 years of field sales experience, preferably in Building Materials / ACP / Plywood / Laminates / Hardware / Glass / Façade Industry.

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Good network among architects, builders, and dealers in the assigned area.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel extensively.

Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Word, Email communication).
