The company is dedicated to providing customers with the best value, best products, and exceptional service, guided by honesty and integrity towards its customers, principals, and associates.Role Description for BM,FM and TL: This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Manager,Floor Manager and Team leader based in Bengaluru.- The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily branch operations, managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, implementing sales strategies, and maintaining inventory.- The role also involves coordinating with other departments, managing budgets, achieving sales targets, and addressing customer inquiries and concerns.- Floor managers will look after floor sales, team and promoters management.- Team leaders will look after specific categories for sales, stock, display and team management of that - Leadership and team management skills. - Experience in sales and customer service management of atleast 4-10 years. - Inventory management and budget management skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Problem-solving and decision-making abilities. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management or graduation is fine.
