Job Responsibilities
- Own POC and post-sales for a portfolio; drive onboarding → adoption → renewal → expansion.
- Run deployments for camera-based classroom/lab/gate attendance; coordinate with IT/Networks & partners.
- Define success plans (accuracy, SLAs), train admins/faculty/ops, and publish how-to docs.
- Lead QBRs/MBRs; show value (accuracy, exception reduction, audit readiness).
- Be the VoC: log product requests; close the loop with Product/Engineering.
Job Requirements
- 2–4 years
in CSM/Account Management for SaaS or Video/IoT/AI. - Comfortable with CCTV basics (RTSP, ONVIF, PoE, NVR/VMS), SSO/REST APIs, and data/reporting.
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication.
- Process- and metrics-oriented; startup pace.
Nice-to-have:
Education/manufacturing domain, India/GCC exposure, Hindi (India); Arabic a plus; familiarity with SOC 2/ISO 27001 and GDPR/DPDP.
