Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring timely completion within budget and quality standards.
  • Oversee technical delivery teams, providing guidance on project planning, execution, and monitoring.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure effective communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and deliver projects in migration, integration, development, and support environments.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships effectively, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals.
  • Foster the adoption of best practices in project management methodologies such as SDLC, Agile, and Scrum

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 12-20 years of experience .
  • 5-7 years of experience in technical delivery and service management.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies, including PM and ITIL certifications.
  • Extensive experience with SDLC, Agile, and Scrum methodologies.
  • Proven track record of successful project delivery in migration, integration, development, and support environments.
  • Experience working in onshore-offshore engagement models.
  • B.Tech/B.E. degree in Any Specialization.
  • Proven track record of delivering large-scale projects globally across multiple geographies.
  • Strong understanding of Global Delivery Management principles and practices.
