We are looking for a dynamic Creative Director / Art Director who can bridge the gap between clients and the creative team, ensuring that every project meets both creative excellence and client expectations.Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understand their objectives, manage expectations, and maintain strong relationships.
  • Lead brainstorming sessions and translate client briefs into clear creative direction for the design and content teams.
  • Guide and mentor the creative team to ensure timely and quality delivery of campaigns, designs, and brand materials.
  • Retain clients by consistently delivering value, innovative ideas, and smooth communication.
  • Review and approve all creative outputs to ensure they align with the client's goals and brand identity.
  • Collaborate with sales, strategy, and production teams to deliver integrated marketing solutions.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and creative quality.

Requirements:

  • Good experience in a creative/design/marketing agency environment.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in design thinking, branding, and campaign development.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to lead a team and manage client relationships effectively.
  • Understanding of digital marketing, brand strategy, and social media design trends.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35, ₹50,000.00 per month
