ROLE DESCRIPTION:

TPPL is seeking a dynamic Sales & Marketing Head (M/F) to drive growth, build strong client relationships, and lead strategic initiatives in Sales in the Chennai region.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Lead sales and marketing operations for Chennai.

* Drive revenue growth through client acquisition and retention.

* Develop and execute marketing strategies to strengthen brand presence.

* Scheduling Meetings and building a strong rapport with existing and new clients.

* Strong marketing, foreseeing and closures on shows.

* Collaborate with leadership for business expansion.

REQUIREMENTS:

* Proven experience in sales & marketing leadership in event industry. (
Minimum 2 years
)

* Networking established in the south-indian event Industry.

*
Graduation in 
Business / Marketing .

* Strong network and market knowledge in Chennai.

* Excellent communication and negotiation skills. (
Fluency in English and Tamil is a must
)

* Strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability of closures.
