Sales Head - After Market - Leaf Spring (Auto Components)

Industry: Automotive Components/Ancillary (Manufacturer of Leaf Springs & Suspension Systems for Commercial Vehicles)

Role Overview: -

Market Sales Head to lead and expand after-market business across diverse channels-auto component distribution, institutional clients, and government bodies (SRTCs). The ideal candidate will be instrumental in driving strategic growth, strengthening channel relationships building & leading high-performing sales team.

Qualifications & Experience-


• BE in engineering (automobile / mechanical or related disciplines)


• MBA in sales & marketing preferred.


• 20 years in After Market Sales & Marketing preferably in Leaf Spring domain.


• Minimum 8-10 years in a leadership role at Regional or National Sales level


• At least 4 years of hands-on experience in the Leaf Spring Suspension industry.


• Sales experience in multiple states or territories will be an added advantage.
