Job Summary:
We are hiring Customer Service Representatives for our Pune office (Kharadi location). The role involves assisting customers through calls, emails, or chat, resolving queries, and ensuring a smooth customer experience. The ideal candidate should be a graduate with strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls or chats to assist customers.
- Provide accurate information about company products and services.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain call logs and customer records.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are addressed.
- Meet quality and productivity targets as defined by the company.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.
Requirements:
- Education: Graduate in any stream (mandatory).
- Location: Must be willing to work from the Kharadi office.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling).
- Flexible to work in rotational shifts (if required).
- Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply.
