Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Care Executive located in Pune. The Customer Care Executive will handle customer inquiries, provide excellent customer service, ensure customer satisfaction, and support sales activities. The role involves active communication with customers, resolving issues, and maintaining customer records.
Qualifications
- Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Satisfaction skills
- Strong Communication skills
- Sales skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline or relevant experience
- Language preferred: English, Hindi, Marathi, Tamil
- Freshers are also welcome.
