Job Description- Provide technical support for customers to support pre-sales and post-sales processes
- Single point of contact with our technical team, OEM and the customer.
- Manage the onsite resources/Project team.
- understand the customers Information security process & policies, which may include security gathering, change request etc.
- Analyses customers needs and suggest upgrades or additional features to meet their requirements
- Identify solutions to reduce support costs
- Liaise with the sales team to win new business and increase sales Requirements and skills
- An ability to gasp customers needs and suggest timely solutions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Requirement :
- Should have at SME level knowledge in at least 2 below security domains:
- Cloud Security (primarily AWS & Azure native security tools)
- Endpoint Security (Anti-virus, Anti-Malware, EDR, Anti-APT, Encryption, IDAM)
- Network & Perimeter Security (NGFW, WAF, Anti-DDoS, Load Balancers)
- Data Security (DLP, Email Security, App Sec-VA/PT)
- Advanced Security (SIEM, SOAR, UEBA, GRC, BCP/DR, Proxy)
Should have Govt/PSU account handling/facing experience
