Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Create area sales plans and quotas in alignment with business objectives
  • Achieve business targets of the area for various quarters as well as the financial year
  • Building the brand within the defined hospital network zone
  • Maintaining strong relationships with doctors, and customers.
  • Identify hiring needs, select and train new executives.
  • Forecasting daily MIS on product performance across all branches
  • Preparing sales reports/power point presentations
  • Managing reconciliation with the hospital.

Key Requirements

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven track record in managing field sales and achieving sales targets.
  • Exposure to fintech products is an added advantage
  • Good understanding of the local market and customer behaviour in the assigned area.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
