Role & responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain management information systems (MIS) tailored to support post-sales activities within the CRM department.
  • Generate regular reports and dashboards to monitor key post-sales metrics, including customer retention rates, satisfaction levels, and referral programs effectiveness.
  • Analyze post-sales data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improving customer experience and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer service, to gather requirements for new MIS tools and enhancements.
  • Implement data quality control measures specific to post-sales processes to ensure accurate and reliable information for decision-making.
  • Provide training and support to CRM team members on effectively utilizing MIS tools for post-sales activities.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies related to post-sales CRM to drive continuous improvement.
  • Assist in ad-hoc data analysis and special projects related to post-sales initiatives.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement in post-sales operations.
  • Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to management based on data analysis.
  • Maintain effective communication with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Minimum Graduate in any stream
  • A minimum of 5 to 8 years of MIS Analytics experience.
