We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive to join our dynamic real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all MIS-related activities including data collection, analysis, report generation, and performance tracking across various functions such as sales, revenue, targets, and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management.
  • Analyze sales data, revenue, targets, and performance metrics across teams and projects.
  • Create business presentations and dashboards using MS Excel, PowerPoint, and data tools.
  • Prepare and track revenue reports, target vs achievement sheets, and performance trackers.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, and operations teams for accurate data inputs.
  • Ensure timely submission of reports to leadership for reviews and planning.
  • Automate repetitive reporting tasks and improve efficiency of MIS systems.
  • Maintain and update master databases, trackers, and internal reporting tools.
  • Generate ad hoc reports as and when required by the management.

Key Skills & Requirements:

  • Graduate in any discipline (B.Com, BBA, or similar preferred).
  • 2–6 years of experience in MIS/Data Analysis role, preferably in the real estate sector.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Charts, Macros) and PowerPoint.
  • Hands-on experience with reporting tools, data visualization platforms, or CRM software is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage large volumes of data with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and under deadlines.
