Role Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive to join our operations team at HCG Cancer Hospital, Borivali. The MIS Executive will be responsible for managing hospital data, generating reports, analyzing trends, and providing actionable insights to support decision-making and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, validate, and consolidate data from various departments (clinical, billing, HR, OPD, IPD, etc.).
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for hospital management.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards for tracking patient volumes, revenue, and operational KPIs.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, variances, and areas of improvement.
  • Coordinate with departmental heads to ensure timely and accurate data submission.
  • Automate reports and improve data accuracy through Excel formulas, macros, and pivot tables.
  • Support management in budget tracking, cost analysis, and performance monitoring.
  • Ensure confidentiality and integrity of all hospital data.
  • Assist in the implementation and maintenance of Hospital Information Systems (HIS) and other reporting tools.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education: Graduate
  • Experience: 13 years of experience as an MIS Executive, preferably in healthcare, hospital administration, or service sector.

  • Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in MS Excel (advanced level), PowerPoint, and data visualization tools.

  • Knowledge of SQL / Power BI / Google Sheets is an added advantage.
  • Familiarity with Hospital Information Systems (HIS) preferred.
