Brand/Department: Jacadi & Provenance / Business Operations MIS

Location: Head Office – Prabhadevi, Mumbai

Reporting to: Business Head

Role Overview

As the MIS champion for Jacadi and Provenance, this role owns the fabric of operational data — stitching together Daily Sales Reports, CRM insights, and business intelligence to help both brands thrive. You will build strong reporting practices, ensure data integrity, and deliver actionable insights that guide commercial decisions and spark growth.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Reporting

  • Manage and publish Daily Sales Reports for both Jacadi, Onitsuka Tiger & Provenance stores.
  • Prepare Monthly ABC Analysis, brand/product/category-wise performance reports.
  • Maintain weekly/monthly dashboards for sales trends, targets vs. actuals, and inventory.
  • Highlight variances, store-level opportunities, and product stock priorities.

Database & CRM Management

  • Support Retail CRM, loyalty databases, and customer data enhancement activities.
  • Coordinate with Sales & Marketing teams to ensure accurate customer segmentation.
  • Validate CRM reports related to campaign performance, repeat purchase, and retention.

MIS Operations

  • Consolidate data from retail POS, ecommerce, and external data systems.
  • Ensure data quality: accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
  • Solve data discrepancies and implement long-term process fixes.
  • Support automation of reports and dashboards for operational efficiency.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Retail, Supply Chain, Finance & IT teams to streamline data flows.
  • Improve reporting structures to enhance decision-making speed and clarity.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Statistics, or related field.
  • 3–5 years experience in MIS/Data Analytics within Retail/F&B/FMCG preferred.
  • Strong command of Advanced Excel.
  • mindset with the ability to simplify data into recommendations.
