Description We are looking for a skilled IT Support (L2) to join SFJ Business Solutions, a leading E-Learning company based in Bengaluru. As an IT Support (L2), you will play a crucial role in providing technical assistance and support to our internal team and clients. Your expertise will be vital in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems and resolving any technical issues efficiently. You will be involved in a variety of projects related to troubleshooting hardware and software problems, installing and configuring computer systems, diagnosing network issues, and providing technical guidance to users. This role is essential in maintaining the overall productivity and functionality of our IT infrastructure. Responsibilities: Provide technical support to end-users in person, via phone, or remote toolsInstall, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software componentsDiagnose and resolve technical issues related to network connectivityCollaborate with the IT team to ensure smooth operation of all systemsDocument all technical procedures and user guidesManage user accounts and permissionsPerform regular system updates and upgradesEnsure data security and backup procedures are in place Requirements: Associate degree in Information Technology or related fieldProven experience as an IT Support specialist or similar roleStrong knowledge of Windows and Mac OS environmentsExperience with troubleshooting hardware and software issuesExcellent communication and customer service skillsAbility to work well in a team environmentKnowledge of network protocols and securityCertifications such as CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) are a plus
